1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by No Middle Seat Club LLC-FZ (“NMSC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including through our website, social media platforms, messaging platforms (including WhatsApp), and any related communication channels (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
​2. Nature of Service
NMSC is a private travel concierge service specializing in sourcing and issuing airline tickets, including tickets issued through third-party loyalty programs and promotional fares.
We:

Act as an independent intermediary between clients and airlines.

Do not represent, own, or operate any airline.

Have no formal partnerships with airlines unless explicitly stated.
Many tickets issued through NMSC are:

Award tickets issued using third-party miles
-
Promotional fares
-
Special inventory fares
Tickets may have restrictions that differ from publicly available fares.
3. Legal Capacity
Our services are available only to individuals and legal entities legally capable of entering binding contracts under applicable law.
By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.

All information provided is accurate and complete.

You are authorized to act on behalf of any passenger included in the booking.

4. Booking Process
4.1 Pre-Booking
Clients may contact NMSC via:

Flight options are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and payment.
Availability is not guaranteed until ticket issuance is completed.

4.2 Payment
Full payment is required before ticket issuance.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit / Debit Cards
-
Apple Pay / Google Pay
-
Bank transfer (ticket issuance only after cleared funds)
All prices are quoted in USD or AED unless otherwise stated.
In the event of:

Payment disputes
-
Chargebacks
-
Fraud alerts
NMSC reserves the right to cancel bookings immediately.

4.3 Passenger Information
Clients must provide accurate passenger details, including:

Full name (as per passport)

Date of birth
-
Passport number
-
Passport expiry
-
Nationality
We strongly recommend submitting a passport copy.
NMSC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

4.4 Ticket Issuance
Ticket issuance typically occurs within 4–12 hours after payment.
In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
If NMSC is unable to issue the ticket within 24 hours, a full refund will be provided.
Once issued, the ticket is considered confirmed and subject to airline rules and the fare conditions communicated at booking.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Unless explicitly stated at the time of booking:

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-changeable.

Tickets cannot be canceled after issuance.
Certain fares may be offered with flexibility. Where applicable:

Changes must be requested through NMSC.
-
Service fees may apply.
-
Fare differences are payable by the client.
If the airline changes your flight schedule:

You may accept the new schedule, or
-
Request re-accommodation subject to airline policy.

6. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to board any segment of a booked itinerary:

The airline may cancel all remaining segments automatically.

NMSC cannot reinstate canceled segments.
-
Any additional ticket purchase will be at the passenger’s expense.
Passengers are solely responsible for timely check-in and arrival at the airport.

7. Award Tickets & Loyalty Programs
Tickets issued through NMSC:

May not accumulate miles or points.
-
May not be eligible for upgrades.
-
May be issued from third-party loyalty accounts.
By booking, you acknowledge and consent to this structure.
Where required, you authorize NMSC to create or manage loyalty accounts on your behalf strictly for ticket issuance purposes.

8. Travel Documents & Compliance
Passengers are fully responsible for:

Valid passports

Visas
-
Transit requirements
-
Health documentation
-
Entry regulations
NMSC is not responsible for denied boarding due to documentation issues.

9. Limitation of Liability
NMSC acts solely as an intermediary.
We are not responsible for:

Airline schedule changes

Cancellations
-
Operational disruptions
-
Aircraft changes
-
Service quality
-
Lost baggage
-
Personal injury
-
Immigration decisions
-
Force majeure events
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid to NMSC for the specific booking.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure
NMSC shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Government actions

Airline strikes
-
War
-
Pandemics
-
Natural disasters
-
Airport closures
-
Political instability

11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, text, images, and materials related to No Middle Seat Club are the intellectual property of NMSC.
No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.

12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures but are not liable for cyber breaches beyond our control.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NMSC, its directors, officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

14. Communication & Promotional Consent

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
